In such instances, we are not liable to re-order the shipment or provide a refund. 5.5 Re-Ordering Products: If the package has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier and you still require the products, you must pay in full to re-order the items. We will not be responsible for replacing or refunding the products in these circumstances.
